The inner top gleams with hand-sewn beads and Swarovski® crystals, while the robe’s edges and cuffs are traced with crystal borders that catch light like stars on night water. Designed for modular styling and fluid movement, each set is made to order and refined to your personal measurements by our atelier stylist before dispatch in four weeks an heirloom of modern Arabian splendor.

Sales and Returns:

Returns for Defective, Lost, or Incorrect Items: If your Abaya defective, is lost in transit, or if you receive an incorrect item, we are here to help correct the issue promptly. Please contact our dedicated Customer Care team within 7 days at 00971507770057 or order@ietro.com for assistance with a return shipping label and detailed instructions, items must be returned within 30 days of receiving.

Final Sales: Due to the custom-made nature of our haute couture Abaya, all sales are considered final once confirmed measurements by you and our designer. We ensure each fit meets your specified needs by verifying measurements directly with you.

Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return or exchange for defective items, item must be in the same pristine condition you received unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. Item that do not meet these criteria will be returned to you, and your request for a return will not be processed. Only for items that are Defective, Lost or Incorrect. 

Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. Please note, it may take up to 10 business days for the returned amount to reflect in your account statement. Fees related to Customs, handling charges, such as duties, are non-refundable.
