Rooted in Ietro’s heritage of discreet opulence, this abaya cloaks the figure in whisper-sheer Italian silk chiffon, softly lined with French tulle. One shoulder unfurls a cascade of ruffled silk-chiffon blooms each hand-sculpted and encrusted with Swarovski® crystals, beads and sequins that flicker like constellations against the jet-black sky. An open-front, collar-less cut sweeps from shoulder to hem, its diaphanous panels floating with every step, while an asymmetric vine motif trails along the sleeve and back, lending dramatic motion. Crafted to order in limited numbers, every piece is refined to your exact measurements by our atelier stylist and dispatched within four weeks an heirloom of modern Arabian elegance.

Sales and Returns:

Returns for Defective, Lost, or Incorrect Items: If your Abaya defective, is lost in transit, or if you receive an incorrect item, we are here to help correct the issue promptly. Please contact our dedicated Customer Care team within 7 days at 00971507770057 or order@ietro.com for assistance with a return shipping label and detailed instructions, items must be returned within 30 days of receiving.

Final Sales: Due to the custom-made nature of our haute couture Abaya, all sales are considered final once confirmed measurements by you and our designer. We ensure each fit meets your specified needs by verifying measurements directly with you.

Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return or exchange for defective items, item must be in the same pristine condition you received unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. Item that do not meet these criteria will be returned to you, and your request for a return will not be processed. Only for items that are Defective, Lost or Incorrect. 

Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. Please note, it may take up to 10 business days for the returned amount to reflect in your account statement. Fees related to Customs, handling charges, such as duties, are non-refundable.
